This reminds me of some of our concrete box culverts we have for drainage in the city. With the light coming in through the cracks, it is mus something else. Great geometry and contribution to the theme.

this is underground drainage. The light comes from the grates in the pavement above, so the water can come down.

@Ana - I thought so but was not sure. The grates must be a different standard from what I am used to seeing. It is a good shot for the theme.
